Sample Types

QuantumCyte QCPRECISE™ Platform can process FFPE samples from many different sources.  Biopsies, Core Biopsies, Cytology, Needle Biopsies, Fine Needle Aspirates and QNS samples.  Tumors and other diseased solid tissues

Pathology

The QCPRECISE™ Platform integrates with AI and Digital Pathology workflows. QCPRECISE!™ enables capture of nucleic acids from regions of interest that are identified via AI or by Manual Annotation.  The digital images are transferred to the QCPRECISE™ instrument and a negative Mask image or PRINT MASK is created.

QCPRECISE Masking

The QCPRECISE™ Platform utilizes the PRINT MASK file to deposit a proprietary polymer to the background leaving the Regions of interest exposed. 

Tissue Enrichment

On-Slide Lysis is used to capture Nucleic Acids from Regions of Interest.  The background tissues are blocked from lysis by the proprietary polymer.

Nucleic Acid Purification

The Lysate containing nucleic acids from the your regions of interest is then purified.  QuantumCyte will deliver DNA or RNA from your samples.
